1. Can I return or exchange an item?

Unfortunately, no. Due to the nature of our products we do accept returns or exchanges. This is primarily for hygiene purposes and to preserve the nature of our products. Once your order is placed, all sales are final.

We highly recommend contacting us directly before purchasing products, especially if you have questions regarding any of our products. Please do not place an order unless you are for certain that it is what you want.
2. Are our products cruelty free and vegan friendly?

Absolutely! No animal testing is ever done using our products.
- Our products are created without the use of animal products so that it is sufficient for vegans.
3. What is the best way to contact us?

The best way to reach us is via email. We check our email every few minutes throughout the day to ensure we are staying updated.

4. What happens if my order arrived damaged or did not arrive at all?

Please send out an email with your name, order number, and a picture of the damaged or broken items. You must send the picture(s) as evidence of the damage or we will not replace the items. Once everything is sent, we will begin working on resolving the issue as soon as possible. We will do our best to keep you updated during the process.

5. What happens if I forget to use a discount code for my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we cannot go in and add the discount code. If the discount code is still valid during the time of purchase, you are more than welcome to use it for your next purchase.
6. What happens if my package is stolen or lost?
- We are not responsible for any lost packages, stolen packages, or wrong address deliveries. We also are not responsible for any delays from the carrier. Once we ship our products, the products are in the care and responsibility of the shipping carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible.
7. How soon are items shipped or processed?
- We ship out all our products within 24-48 hours after your order has been placed and processed.
8. How soon will I receive my order?
- Standard shipping is 1-3 business days.

- Our Prom Sponsorship application submissions begin at the end of each year. We accept donations year round, and there are a variety of ways you can choose to give. Click the link below to access the application or schedule a donation.
